Waiver Please accept this entry application for the RegattaPRO Winter One Design Series. I hereby agree to comply with the current RRS, the Prescriptions of US Sailing, and the U.S. Coast Guard. I enter this regatta at my own risk and do hereby release RegattaPRO, its sponsors, its employees and/or agents, both jointly and severally from any liability for loss, injury or damage to any persons and property that might arise from my participation in this regatta, even if any such loss, injury or damage shall be caused by negligence of those so released.
