We respect your privacy. Here is what we will do with your information.

1. Your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted over SSL and PCI compliant channels. We do not store it and certainly do not give it to anyone other than the credit card people.

2. Your contact and registration information will be sent to the event organizers. If you sign up for multiple events, each organizer may be aware of what other events you have signed up for.

3. At the organizer's request, we may prepare a list of participants for publication.

4. We may send you email relating to specific or general events of the type you signed up for. You will have an opt-out capability. You may not opt out of receiving confirmation emails. We will not give your email information to outside organizations.

5. If you are involved in a protest or collision, we may disclose your contact information to the organizer and other parties involved.
