The whole purpose of RegattaLog is to simplify and streamline sailing event signups. Here's what to do if you're having trouble:

For questions about a specific event, like when it is or whether canting keels are allowed, contact the event organizers directly. Here at RL, we just handle the signups and payments.

If you're having trouble with signups or payments then you are in the right place. Here are some quick fixes:

• If it's just not working at all, try using a different browser. This system has been tested on all major browsers, but sometimes your cookies can change things.
• If you signed up by mistake, or multiple times, or something like that, please email us at administrator@RegattaLog.com, and we'll try to work it out. If more than a couple of days have gone by, you may have to work with the event organizers, as we will have already sent them the money.
• If you are getting weird error messages and stuff, please let us know (email us)! That should not be happening.
• Your browser likely will recognize the blanks in the entry form from a prior visit and pre-fill them in. That's good, but be sure the information is correct.

Bottom line: this is supposed to be easy. If not, we want to improve it for you.
